Im going to give it a 3 star because Its a hit or miss with this app. Sometimes its great and other days its awful. Especially with the express busses from Queens. I check it each morning and lets say it says the bus is 10 mins away, i get there with plenty of time to spare. I wait 25 mins, nothing. when I check the app again, it says its 55 mins. I know i didnt miss the bus, it apparently never showed up and the app didnt get the memo. Im using city mapper from now on. This Needs some tweaking

Just check when the bus comes in the location Im in and it tells me the exact time like a real app should do, we out here!

I used the app every morning, and it was pretty accurate! However after the latest update it wont open, and crashes as soon as I tap the app icon. Please fix!!

This app worked beautifully at one point, but now the notification has stopped working altogether, and it crashes every time I open it. The widget doesnt even work anymore, so its become 100% useless for me. I have tried rebooting my phone, redownloading the app, no dice.

Caveat : used it in NYC only. This app is awesome. I use it routinely to get around the city. Love the way to provides multiple options. The weekend schedule updates are accurate as well and is s real time saver.

Accurately shows bus and train times in NYC for those with real time data. Crashes on launch on iOS 9.3.1 which is really bumming me out!!

Ran out of the house 15 minutes early bc the bus was going to be 10 minutes early according to transit. But it wasnt. The bus (which only comes once an hour) came 20 minutes late. And all throughout the wait transit kept changing its mind. Next bus in 3 minutes, no 28 minutes, no 0 minutes and so on. Anyhow - doesnt seem any better than the old fashioned timetables.

This app is so close to being perfect but is terrible at the one feature I need it for. My commute has 2 choice: reliable but slow train, or fast but unreliable bus thats further away. I use the app to see if its worth waking the extra distance to the bus. almost every time I get to the bus, it says its almost to the stop but in reality its already past. Next one isnt for 20 minutes and now Ive walked twice as far just to be late for work. So if you want to plan where to go with public transit, use this app. If you want to use it for daily use and tracking, dont.

Montreal style bagels are terrific, but dont dis the perfection that is the NYC bagel! Oh yeah, before I forget, love the app!

Almost perfect. I like the easiness to navigate but missing WestCat that serves east bay in Bay Area

I’m a New York City resident and although I mostly use the subway, buses are better for some of my regular destinations. After using this app for a couple of months, I can honestly say it’s been a big help and has eliminated much of the aggravation and guesswork out of waiting for buses, especially during non-commuting hours. It’s great to know if the bus is due soon or if I have to go to a Plan B — or if I have time to run a quick errand. It works just as well for subways; there are monitors in most stations that show when the next train is due but it’s great to be able to get that info before leaving the house or wherever. Bottom line: I feel less at the mercy of the NYC Transit Authority, so I’m a happy camper!

I love this app—I use it all the time. Lately, its been crashing on me once I open the app so hopefully that can get fixed soon!

I used to love this app. It was always extremely accurate but, lately its been crashing every time I opened the app. If they fix this problem Id give the app five stars. As of right now , only three are given.

This app is just rubbish for real time information, the bus is gone 5-10 minutes before the reported time. Never trust this app for planning your commute.
