Best transit app by far, not even close. Great info that is presented in easy to read and interact with colorful format. Also app update notes are hysterical if you go read them.

I use this in Chicago every day and its very reliable. I never want to go back to life before this app! Plus I actually look forward to reading the updates, very funny. Great all around.

I was a little skeptical when I first tried this app, but now it is a total necessity. Its saved me time & money several times & helped me navigate my way home from places off my usual path. Excellent!

I used to be able to tell the times for the 7 train express and local. Now its been taken off! Not a happy customer.

This app is a shill for Uber. Under their list of "transit" options (subway, bus, tram, etc.) they sneakily include Uber as well to tempt you to take an Uber car instead! Im sure that they are financially rewarded every time someone clicks on that option. This app is not a friend of mass transit and not a friend of cities.

I rely on this app to tell me how the trains are running before work so that I know how much time to give myself. It constantly tells me good service only for announcements on the platform to tell me there are significant delays and trains stop 14 minutes at each stop. There should be an option for people using the app to give feedback so that other passengers can see what delays are occurring. Real time adjustments based on users would be helpful because right now this app doesnt do anything for me

Ive used many and this is my go to. Its the most accurate and easiest to use for the MBTA! Every once in a while busses disappear, but not sure its the app or the MBTA. Also love the witty update summaries!

I use this app to go to school. Its so helpful. Unfortunately, After recent updates, the app started to force close out of nowhere and sometimes it says it cant load when i check the widget. iPhone 6

This app started out so great for me. I could see when my express bus to the city was coming and if it was early or late. I didnt have to wait it the cold during the winter more than was necessary. But now the app doesnt show the buses in real time. Sometimes the arrival times change suddenly and its too late, bus is gone. The option to set up notifications is a great idea in principle but the alert sound is too low no matter my phones volume, and the notifications are only useful if the bus and trains are even showing up in correct real time. Hopefully these bugs are fixed in an update soon. An added feature that would be helpful if users of the app could post info about delays they are experiencing like hopstop let us.
