Confusing to use

Have only used this app afew times and each time had issues with it. For example, Im at an uptown town train stop looking for the schedule for the uptown train,
yet the app is only displaying the downtown train schedule. I see no way to indicate what direction I am looking for. No how-tos. Think mta bustime is better.
