From Great to Meh!

This app started out so great for me. I could see when my express bus to the city was coming and if it was early or late. I didnt have to wait it the cold during the winter more than was necessary. But now the app doesnt show the buses in real time. Sometimes the arrival times change suddenly and its too late, bus is gone. The option to set up notifications is a great idea in principle but the alert sound is too low no matter my phones volume, and the notifications are only useful if the bus and trains are even showing up in correct real time. Hopefully these bugs are fixed in an update soon. An added feature that would be helpful if users of the app could post info about delays they are experiencing like hopstop let us.
